GREAT LOCATION. CLEAN ROOMS. PROMPT HOUSEKEEPING. MOST IMP, REUSABLE 4 LITRES OF DRINKING WATER IN GLASS BOTTLES. MOST HOTELS BELIEVE GUESTS CANNOT FEEL THIRSTY AND SHOULD KEEP ASKING FOR MORE BOTTLES PACKAGED IN PLASTIC, BUT NOT HERE. VERY IMPRESSED

Being a 3 star property, the hotel was excellent. It has a great location, nice staff, and big rooms. It’s complete value for money.

Amazing facilities, a comfy bed and helpful staff made this a wonderful stay! The location is exellent - on a quiet road but within walking distance of the centre of Hazrat Ganj. The room was very comfortable and well-resourced and I felt very at home here. The breakfast was delicious, and the Chinese/Indian grill restaurant on the roof was a lovely treat. I highly recommend staying here if you travel to Lucknow. Thanks to all the staff, especially Prashant, for being very attentive and kind during my stay.

Very stylish, elegant, clean hotel!! Room was spacious, very clean, so was the bathroom, all was stylish, even- posh. Very good breakfasts, restaurant serving also other meals- dinner was delicious. Restaurant staff just awesome, professional, very kind. One thing I would suggest- hey, team at the reception desk, don't show such sad and grumpy faces, smile makes every day a better day!!

Great location in the centre of the bustle but still quiet. Comfortable large size rooms. We had interconnected rooms for our family of four so it was great.

Breakfast was a decent spread but lacked originality and was exactly the same on the 2 days we were there.

The restaurant in Sarovar Portico had become a family favourite when I was posted in Lucknow about twenty years ago. Later, when I was transferred out of Lucknow, we would still drop into Sarovar for dinner whenever we visited the city. When my wife and I visited Lucknow recently, we opted to stay in Sarovar, because of its central location as well as our happy memories of the meals we had enjoyed there. The check-in process was smooth and our bags were promptly delivered. The room was fairly spacious and it had elegant furniture that one associates with the 1950s or 1960s. The lighting was adequate and the switches were well accessible (in some hotels it becomes hard to locate the light switches, but luckily this was not one of those hotels!)The bathroom was reasonably sized and well lit. Soap and shampoo were offered in large dispensers mounted on the wall in the shower cubicle. This is certainly more eco-friendly than the tiny bottles of toiletries that most other hotels offer. The eco-friendly streak continues with drinking water – they provide their own water in glass bottles instead of the branded bottles offered elsewhere. An elevator was provided, but we preferred to take the staircase. Coming to the food, we found the buffet breakfast was adequate, though not lavish. We also sampled the buffet dinner with our local guests – the food was great, but the spread was not very large. The service was excellent and the food was reasonably priced.On the whole, we had a very good experience of staying in this hotel and would not hesitate to recommend it to others.

Great location. Near the main road and market area yet inside enough to be peaceful. Staff was super friendly. Breakfast was awesome. Upon request they gave us a complimentary checkout since our flight was in the evening

The locality it is situated is beautiful , Super nice area and good access metro , tuk tuk auto . Everything under the sun .
